Mohan comes with over 3 decades years of experience in the IT and Services Industry. Of the total experience he has been working with various organization for 25 years and been an Entrepreneur for 5 years. He has worked with companies like HCL-HP, Citrix Systems Inc; he brings to MAARS, a depth of knowledge and keen business acumen from across variety of industries.

He has worked in senior roles in organizations such as HCL-HP (Business Entity Manager), Unicorp Industries (Senior General Manager), Citrix Systems Inc. (Director - Business Development). Some of his major achievements include setting up the national distribution channel for Unicorp and setting up India operations for Citrix.

Mohan's passion for "building organizations from scratch" and serving people has prompted him to launch Maars India. As the Founder of the company, he is responsible for the overall growth of the organization. His passion for people has led him taking direct responsibility of the talent acquisition group. He manages CxO/President positions. He is also the Managing Director of Intersoft Exports India Private Limited which is a Joint Venture between Maars and Intersoft Corporation.

Nithya comes with over 2 decades of hands on experience in operations, finance, accounts human resource management and consulting. She worked with Bush [Akai], Abacus [Singapore Airlines] and Visionaire [a leading Audio Visual company] as Head of Operations.

Nithya has extensive experience in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. At Maars India she is responsible for providing Executive Recruitment solutions to customers.

Binu comes with 10+ years of experience in recruitment both with Corporate Firms and Recruitment Consulting organizations. His experience encompasses Senior and Middle Management Search across domains largely in the Non IT space. Prior to joining Maars Binu had successful stints with Aditya Birla Minacs and Cambridge Solutions.

A graduate from Bangalore University, Binu is an avid quizzer and a voracious reader

Saran is the technology champion at Maars with indepth knowledge in compute, networking & telecom in the infrastructure space. He possesses deep knowledge of the System and Application software too. Saran balances his technical skills alongwith a comprehensive understanding of the business domain which helps Maars optimize its investments in technology. Prior to Joining Maars, Saran worked as Sr. Technical Executive with Value Information Technology.

Saran holds bachelor degree in computers from Madras University

Nasim comes with around 4 years of experience in recruitment mainly in the IT industry. A graduate in MBA from Bangalore university, she started her career as an IT Recruiter with TASC (formerly called as Ad Astrum) an MNC based in Dubai & New York. In TASC, her focus areas were mostly IT product companies based in India & Banking, Retail and manufacturing clients based in Dubai, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. With Maars India from the last 2 years, she is responsible for strategic hiring for middle to senior level positions in IT and IT infrastructure space.

Nasim likes to listen to Music, watch movies and read books.

Neil Wilson has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment and training industry and has worked in Europe, Singapore, India, and other Asian countries.

Currently, Neil is providing consultancy and training to the recruitment industry, with a mission to "raise-the-bar" within recruitment. He has successfully worked with a number of organizations to improve operations, people, quality, and productivity.

Neil Wilson, with his extensive experience in recruitment, training and consulting is part of the Maars team as an Associate Director, guiding the organization to the next level. He is currently based in UK and will be supporting the company's international operations with new strategic alliances.

Chandran, has 15 years experience with HUL & Kraft. Was the Regional Marketing Director at Kraft. Based at Singapore, he has developed innovative Branding programs & Branding nurturing services for clients in APAC region.

Chandran graduated from IIT Madras and followed that with an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur

Raghu Iyer a serial entrepreneur is the founder of Business Intelligence Technologies, SourceDynamix and Global Xchange all head quartered at Melbourne, Australia.

Mr Iyer has over 25 years of Information and communications Technology experience working with major enterprises across Asia Pacific. He has worked for MNCs including IBM (14 years), Andrew Communications. He played a key executive role on establishing Tata/IBM joint venture in India.

With his varied knowledge and extensive global experience, Mr Raghu Iyer compliments MAARS' management team in terms of it's future forays in the market place
